The Laboratory Center of School of Transportation at Southeast University has established two major categories of experimental bases: "Transportation System Optimization" and "Transportation Infrastructure." It possesses 8 national-level teaching demonstration centers, as well as industry and provincial key laboratories/engineering centers. The Center also participates in the construction of 3 state key laboratories/engineering laboratories and 6 ministerial/provincial-level key laboratories, providing key support for the cultivation of talent and scientific research development in the National First-Level Key Discipline of Transportation Engineering (ranked A+ in national comprehensive discipline evaluation) and related disciplines such as Civil Engineering. The School's Experimental Center is equipped with a series of major instruments and facilities, including: multi-degree-of-freedom driving simulation systems, accelerated pavement loading test systems, bridge deck structural component loading simulation systems, and high-precision in-situ testing devices. These have provided essential working conditions for national key R&D programs, national science and technology support projects, National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, and major engineering initiatives.
